What I offer as a Payroll Manager

As a Payroll Manager I would be responsible for the upkeep and management of your company’s payroll. I would calculate wages and ensure that your employees’ salaries get paid correctly and on schedule.

I can run your payroll on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis. I will produce all Real Time Information, RTI, submissions to HMRC for each payroll run. For CIS submissions I can submit the monthly submissions to HMRC. I can also manage pension contributions, Additional Pay, Additional Deductions, Bonus Payments, Holiday Pay, Dividend Payments, etc.

I use the BrightPay payroll software to record and calculate Wages, Salaries, PAYE, Employees National Insurance, and Employers National Insurance. BrightPay interacts with HMRC to send the payment submissions to HMRC. BrightPay can pay and manage CIS payments to contractors including interacting with HMRC for CIS payments. BrightPay also records and keeps the history of all payroll data to maintain a payroll history.

As a Payroll Manager my responsibilities include:-

  • Calculating Payable hours, Commissions, Bonuses, PAYE Tax, and Deductions.
  • Manage electronic timekeeping systems or manually collecting and reviewing timesheets.
  • Providing information and answering employee questions about payroll related matters.
  • Prepare reports for weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual reviews.
  • Review and abide by company policies and procedures.
  • Resolve payroll errors.
